General Questions
How do I connect to the sleep mask?
To connect to the sleep mask, press the PLAY/STOP button 2 seconds to enter pairing mode (BLUE/RED lights flashing) A slow BLUE light flashes when you are successfully connected.
How do I change the volume/skip songs with the sleep mask?
- The play/pause button will play or stop any current audio.
- Double clicking play/pause will turn on/off Siri.
- Long press the volume decrease (-) button for 2 seconds to turn down the volume.
- Long press the volume increase (+) button to turn up the volume.
- Press the (+) button to skip to the next song.
- Press the (-) button to go back to the previous song.

How can I write a product review?
We’d love to hear your constructive feedback! Just head onto the product page you purchased from and at the bottom of the page you’ll be able to write out a review of your own
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped from our factory, you’ll receive an automatic tracking code, which you can then use to track your order. To use the tracking code, simply navigate to “Track My Order” in the top menu bar and insert in your code. Happy tracking :)

Which payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, and Apple Pay. There's also the option to checkout with PayPal Express. It's a fast and secure way to bypass guest checkout and purchase our products online. PayPal has all of your details saved, so all it takes is an email address and password to safely complete your online purchase.
Do you sell gift cards?
We do not sell gift cards at this point in time.
Do you accept international credit cards?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal and Apple Pay no matter where you are in the world!

What if my country isn’t on the list?
We apologize if your country is not yet on the list. We’re doing all we can to expand operations and our shipping list.
How do you manage free shipping internationally?
We work closely with suppliers and freight partners to absorb the cost of shipping to be able to provide you with free shipping all across the globe. We believe online shopping should be just as rewarding, if not more rewarding, than retail shopping. So why not sweeten the deal with free shipping across the globe!
When will I receive my order?
Approximately 7-14 business days. Your delivery timeframe will be dependent on the country we are shipping to. Please check our shipping policy page for more details.
Do you have a click and collect service?
We do not provide click and collect services at this point in time
What can cause my order to be delayed?
There are several reasons your order may be delayed:
- Not allowing up to 2 weeks for delivery
- The order may be held up in customs and is awaiting clearance
- Any unforeseen circumstances holding up the supply chain such as a natural disaster
If your order has not arrived after 3 weeks, please contact support@wundr.co with your order number and we’ll look into it for you.
Refunds
What is your refund policy?
We have a 14-day guarantee. If you email us within the 14 days of your purchase with a fair reason for refund, we will refund you in full. Please refer to our refund policy for full T&Cs.
What if I received a faulty product?
Please provide a photo and email and send it over to support@wundr.co within the first 14 days and we’ll take a look into it and sort it out for you!
How do I change the wrong address on my order?
If you need to change the address on your order send an email over to support@wundr.co with your order details. Changing of address can only be managed within the first 12 hours of order placement. After the first 12 hours, we cannot guarantee we’re able to change the address for you as it’s well on its way over to the allocated address!
